Dry Stack Storage Rates
Runabouts, ski boats, sport boats, pontoon boats and fishing boats with beams not greater than 8' 6"
- Monthly rates with no contracts:
the greater of $200.00 per month or $10.00 per foot per month
- Monthly rate with annual contract:
The greater of $136.00 per month or $6.80 per foot per month
- Yearly rate paid in advance:
The greater of $1536.00 per year or $6.40 per foot per month
- All personal watercraft are $90.00 per month
- Outside covered storage at Real Island:
$99.00 per month or yearly rate of $995.00
- Outside covered storage at Kowaliga:
$90.00 per month or yearly rate of $950.00
- Boats with towers or hardtops on pontoons add $50.00 per month
- Boats with cabin and boats with beams in excess of 8' 6" will be on a case-by-case basis and rates will be based on space occupied.
Note: Rates are effective 9-1-08 with new customers and for existing customers when contracts are renewed.
